Welcome to BAM!
Mr. Michael Cordaro – Director, Young People’s Band and Wind Ensemble
Brookhaven Art and Music is thrilled to welcome our new BAM Band program — The Young People’s Band and Wind Ensemble. Rehearsals are Thursday evenings just like orchestra, with YPB from 6-7 pm, and Wind Ensemble from 7-8 pm at the William Floyd School District (building TBD).
Brookhaven Art & Music (BAM) provides Youth Orchestras, Chamber Ensemble, Young People’s Band and Wind Ensemble, and Summer Music Camps to aspiring musicians with challenging, inspiring high-quality instruction through diverse musical experiences and performance opportunities.
NYSSMA level 2+ students are taught by NYS certified K-12 staff with Bachelors and Masters degrees. Play music, make new friends, experience guest conductors/clinicians and have fun!
We believe in music education for all and donate instruments, music, and coaching for county and state competitions. Please support us and become a sponsor!
